If you've used our Airport Lounge List website before — the one that lets you search lounges by airport, access type, and amenities — you'll be pleased to know we've taken it a step further. The Airport Lounge List is now available as a free iOS app on iPhone and iPad. It's something I've wanted to build for a while, and it's genuinely useful — if I do say so myself.

What Is the Airport Lounge List?

For the uninitiated: Airport Lounge List is a tool I built to make sense of the ever-growing number of airport lounges across the world. There are now over 3,000 lounges catalogued in the database, spanning major hubs like London Heathrow, Dubai, Singapore Changi, JFK, and Hong Kong, right through to smaller regional airports. The goal is simple — before your flight, you want to know which lounges you can actually get into, what's in them, and where they are in the terminal.

What Does the App Do?

The app brings everything from the web version into a clean, mobile-friendly interface. You can search for lounges by airport name, city, or lounge name, browse all lounges at 100+ airports worldwide, and filter by lounge network — Priority Pass, Plaza Premium, and more. You can also filter by access method (credit card, membership, or day pass), view full lounge details including amenities, ratings, reviews, terminal location, and opening hours, and save your favourite lounges for quick access before future trips.

That last one is particularly handy. If you're a regular at a handful of airports — Heathrow T5 before every BA departure, say — you can bookmark those lounges and pull them up in seconds without searching every time.

Why I Think This Is Actually Useful

As a BA Gold and Priority Pass member, I'm in a lounge most times I fly. But knowing which lounge to head to isn't always obvious — especially at larger airports where there might be three or four options available to you depending on your card or status. The Lounge Access Finder feature is genuinely the bit I use most. Rather than scrolling through a list of every lounge at an airport, you can narrow it down to just the ones you can actually get into with your Priority Pass or Amex card — saving you a wasted trip to the wrong part of the terminal.

For those of you holding the Amex Platinum Business — which includes Priority Pass as a perk — this is exactly the kind of thing you'll want installed before every trip.

How to Download It

The app is completely free and available now on the App Store. There's no account required, no subscription, and no data collected — just a genuinely useful tool to make pre-flight lounge-hunting that little bit easier.

Download Airport Lounge List on the App Store, or use the full web version at airportloungelist.com.

If you give it a go, I'd love to hear what you think — drop me a message on Instagram or reply to this email. And if you find it useful, leaving a review on the App Store really does make a difference.
